We reserve the right to amend, modify, add, delete and make corrections to this Customer T&C at any time, which are effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications. Your continued use of this website after such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance and agreement of such changes.
Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity, and colour are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

Products colours may differ mainly due to colour calibration of initial’s computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
A difference of 0.5-1.0" between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.
Payment for orders can be made by FPX online banking, PayPal, credit card or debit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.
You agree to pay to the Company all applicable Taxes for the Service, and other charges levied by domestic or foreign governments (which may vary from country to country).
In the event where we're unable to verify payments, www.farmskinmalaysia.com would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.
All orders are processed within 5-15 working days upon verification for payment. Estimate duration for delivery within WM 3-7 business days, 7 -15 workings day for EM. Our pick-up service by courier services is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday at 9:00AM - 6:00PM, excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). The delivery time mentioned above does not include processing time (normally 1-3 days), Kindly track your order with the relevant courier service company by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.farmskinmalaysia.com
Your signature may be required upon delivery of the Product. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign off acceptance of the Product. If you are unsatisfied with your Product, you may arrange a refund in accordance with the Returns and Refunds policy. If delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted except in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.

* www.farmskinmalaysia.com is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address, size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by www.farmskinmalaysia.com However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. www.farmskinmalaysia.com shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
If for any reason www.farmskinmalaysia.com is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, www.farmskinmalaysia.com will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, www.farmskinmalaysia.com will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of www.farmskinmalaysia.com and there will be no refunds.
